I hope the rain is cleaning the windshield chalk off of the van. We decorated for the swim meet last week and never undecorated.

What a great rain today. Just what the garden and new lawn needed. Not just what mom needed, as the kids were stuck inside most of the day. It went pretty well, even though Hannah was home all day, which usually makes her crazy. The only really bad part was when they got hyper, which in turn got the dog all hyper. When I told the kids they had to go out onto the front porch to calm down, the dumb dog ran out, too. It took about 10 minutes of 4 kid chasing him around the neighborhood before he was finally corralled. Ugh!
